Monday September 13, 2009 to Wednesday September 15, 2010 2010 Special Corporate Pricing Use this opportunity to let your Associates and prospects know that you are presenting at the 11th Annual National Advisors Conference 2010. This year we are offering to all companies the opportunity to purchase blocks of 10 tickets for the conference to distribute to their people for only $1500.00. That is a savings of almost $50 per ticket. Consider giving these tickets out to your Associates for a job well done and help increase your attendance. Important Company / Presenter meeting This year we will be holding a presenters meeting on Sunday September 12, 2010 at 12 noon to address any final issues and review the format for the conference. Please be sure to attend.
Where is the Conference held? When and where is the Welcome Party?
Main pool area Miscellaneous IMPORTANT Presentation Information · You MUST arrive at the Florentine ABC room 20 minutes or more prior to your presentation so that we can get you wired for sound. · All presentations will be a maximum of 50 minutes in length. · All presentations must start and end on time. · All power points are to be sent to adam@pro-seminars.com the sooner the better but absolutely NO LATER than August 20, 2010. · If you are planning to hand out materials during your presentation, please bring enough staff to assist with distribution. When will the door prizes be given out? All door prizes will be given out at the conclusion of the conference on Wednesday September 15, 2010. Please ensure that a representative of your company is available to help with your corporate door prize. Drop off your door prizes in advance at the registration desk outside the meeting room. Note if your door prize is to be sent to the winner at a later date please ensure you get all of the shipping details for that person.
What are the exhibit days and times?
The exhibits
will be available each day from 7:00 am – 7:40 am. Please
ensure that your booths are staffed and ready to go. You must leave your
booth and remain silent as soon as the next presentation starts. If for some reason you cannot man your booth please let us know in advance and we will not set an area aside for you. When can I set-up and take-down my exhibit?
Set-up: Where and when do I ship my freight?
All literature can be given out at your booths / tables at the exhibit. We
will be putting any of your corporate giveaways such as pens, pads, magnets,
fans, shirts, books etc into the Delegate bags for you provided it is at the
hotel ahead of time.

& Casino Label with your name AND C/O Pro-Seminars conference September 13-15, 2010 When you arrive at the hotel check with the Bell Captain as there is a handing charge for all materials shipped to the hotel that must be taken care of. This material MUST not arrive EARLIER than Thursday September 9, 2010.
How
do you register for exhibitor badges for your Associates?
We have a
strict policy in regards to “no badge…no entry” into conference or exhibit
hall. How can I submit my FREE listing in the National Advisors Conference Program? Your Sponsorship level will determine the size of the advertisement that will be included in the 2010 Conference Program.

Sponsor – Full back cover Gold - ½ page measuring 4.375" wide x 3.75" tall Silver - ¼ page measuring 4.375" wide x 3.75" tall Exhibitor / Breakout Session - ¼ page measuring 4.375" wide x 1.75" tall Exhibitor Only – Business Card size measuring 3 ½” wide x 1½” tall These advertisements are must be sent in Black and White and PDF not WORD format. I will also require your logo in Hi resolution .TIFF or .EPS Vector Map format. All listings must be submitted by July 1, 2009. If we do not have your ad copy by this date, your listing in the Conference Guide will be limited to your company name, address, phone number, fax and Website from your information that we have on file.
How can I promote my
presence at the 11th Annual National Advisors 2010 Conference?
This advertising can be sent to your database by fax, mail or email. Some companies have put a copy of this into pay statements to promote the conference. Some companies have held mini contests/promotions so that their Associates can qualify to attend the conference. Each sponsorship level is entitled to a certain number of VIP complimentary conference registrations for you to give out to your producers. In order to qualify for these VIP passes, the recipient must stay onsite at the Tuscany Suites.
