Dr. Mueller is la leadership consultant, trainer, writer, team facilitator, strategic planner and motivational speaker. 

He is the President of Thisway Communications specializing in organizational consulting, strategic planning, team development and management training. He resides in Kitchener Ontario with his wife of 28 years, together they have four children.  

He has a Doctorate degree and Masters Degree in administration with a major in organizational leadership and human resource management and a Bachelors degree with an emphasis in communication and counseling. He has taught on the area of leadership and communication. For the last twenty years he has been working with organizations that have required a highly dynamic, public oriented, team oriented visionary leader. 

He has been actively involved in leading the visioning and strategic planning aspects of the organizations he has served.  He has been involved in a variety of areas of administration including: human resource management, team development, mission statement formation, coaching programs, public awareness, financial planning, and stakeholder awareness. 

As a leader of leaders he has developed hiring procedures, designed employee assessment tools, formulated vision and mission goals and has acted as a consultant to various small businesses and non profits in the area of public awareness and proposal development. 

He has worked in all areas of management from senior administration, fund raising, promotions, financial management, marketing, training, hiring, publishing, public relations computer administration and strategic planning.

He has the ability to work with a team and develop and follow through with new initiatives. Various leadership and administrative tools have classified him as a high relationship and high task leader with the ability to adopt different leadership styles for different situations. He has high entrepreneurship qualities with the ability to create and sell vision internally and externally. He is a gifted teacher and trainer. 

His accomplishments have included being published all over Canada and USA, being an executive coach, leadership consultant, trainer, TV and radio personality and director of publishing. He has written over 10 different books with his latest book entitled ³The Amaryllis Way- Growing Leaders who Grow Leaders and the ³Power of Team². He has been called upon by public sector, school, community and church organizations as a strategic planner and vision facilitator. 

As a motivational Speaker he has been called upon to talk to crowds of over 2,000. he offers a unique blend of humor, knowledge and experience packaged in a way that specifically reinforces the values and mission of any organization or business.
