The sponsoring company is responsible for paying all actual costs associated with this networking party. This party will be arranged by Pro-Seminars.

The delegates will take notes on pads of paper with your company logo and website and write with a pen that bears your company logo.

If you are not a main sponsor, you can purchase advertisement in the Conference program as follows:

·         ¼ page measuring 4.375" wide x 1.75" tall - $250
·         Business Card size measuring 3 ½” wide x 2” tall - $125   

These advertisements must be sent to us in Black and White and PDF not WORD format. 

We will also require your logo in Hi resolution .TIFF or .EPS Vector Map format.  

All listings must be submitted by July 1, 2012. If we do not have your ad copy by this date, your listing in the Conference Guide will be limited to your company name, address, phone number, fax and Website from your information that we have on file.
