Lake Mead Cruises

Breakfast Cruises are $32.50 per adult and $15.00 per child, April 1 through October 31 Sundays departing at 10 a.m.

Mid-day Cruises are $20.00 per adult and $9.00 per child, April 1 through October 31 every day of the week departing at 12 p.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and November 1 through March 31 every day of the week, departing at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Dinner Cruises are $44.00 per adult and $21.00 per child, April 1 through October 31 Sundays through Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and November 1 through March 31 Sundays at 5:30 p.m.

Dinner/Dance Cruises are $54.00 per adult, not recommended for children, year 'round cruises run Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.

All of Lake Mead Cruises' tours offer passengers spectacular views of Lake Mead and the breathtaking scenery surrounding it. Take a look at the Photo Gallery. Photographers will love the colorful landscapes and panoramic views. Just a few of the awesome landmarks include Fortification Hill, a clearly-defined, extinct volcano, The Arizona Paint Pots, a wonderland of color and of course, the magnificent Hoover Dam. A marvel of engineering, Hoover Dam stands a majestic 726 feet high and is an incredible 660 feet wide at its base. It is a sight you will always remember.

You can also purchase a photograph of your Outrageously Great Tour. Lake Mead Cruises has photographers ready to take your picture prior to your excursion. The photos are available at the conclusion of your tour at no obligation. If you choose to purchase the photo, for $20.00 you receive two 6"x 8" prints, two refrigerator magnets and the film negative of the photo. What a great way to remember your special tour.

Showgirl Makeup Demo & Bally's Backstage Tour - Just up the street from our hotel!

Join in the fun and excitement of a backstage tour and makeup demonstration of the fabulous Jubilee! production, the most lavish and spectacular show ever staged in Las Vegas. The show was produced at a cost of $10 million and features more than 100 dancers and singers wearing $3.5 million worth of costumes. Don Arden's Jubilee! celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2001 and remains one of the longest-running production shows on the famous Las Vegas strip. This tour is personally guided by one of the showgirls or showboys in the production. The tour begins in the Jubilee Theater, where you are escorted up on to the stage. Here you will have a visual explanation of the stage area, elevator system, lights, sound and fly rail. The next stop will be the light booth for a panoramic view of the stage and a peek at what gives this production its fantastic lighting effects. Then its on to the basement area to view the huge set pieces such as the Titanic and Samson & Delilah. On this third level you will also visit the prop shop, carpenter shop and the electrical workshop.

Next, its on to the costume shop, one of the most complete in the world. You will visit the dressing area where the performers get ready for the shows. The finale of the two-hour tour is "The Make-up Demo." Here your guide transforms into an authentic, costumed Las Vegas showgirl or showboy in full stage make-up. Before your eyes, the performer evolves from a girl/guy on the street to the glamorous Las Vegas performer.

This park is named for the 3,000-foot-high sandstone cliffs that can be viewed from a 13-mile paved loop. A visitor's center provides information on area wildlife and flora, as well as Native American history. Rangers conduct guided hikes at no charge. Visitors may run across burros, big horn sheep or desert tortoises. The area provides prime hiking, rock climbing and mountain biking opportunities. Visitors may park at the entrance and hike or bicycle into the park at no charge.
