people have asked:
When
do I pay?
Seminar payment ($199.00 CDN or $249
CDN if not staying at the Tuscany Suites) must be paid on registration.
Note - The hotel will debit your credit card for 1 night
stay the first week of August 2012.
You will then pay the balance of your hotel bill on checkout.
When
should I arrive? You should plan to arrive by September 9th at the
latest so you don't miss the big welcome party.
The seminar starts at 8:00 AM on the
10th.
You may arrive early or stay later if you wish as we have an agreement
with the Tuscany Suites for you to get the same great group rates
regardless of arrival or departure date.
Where
and when are the meetings being held? Tuscany Suites and Casino Conference Center on the 10, 11, and 12th of
September from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
EXTRA credits can be obtained by attending the
optional afternoon breakout sessions.
Where
is The Tuscany Suites?
It is VERY conveniently located close enough to the strip to be in
the action but far enough away to relax! Right on Flamingo Drive.
How do the rooms get booked?
We need to book your suite for you because if you try to call the
Hotel direct they will NOT know what you are talking
about. The Hotel has assigned a specific person to handle our
group and to avoid a lot of unnecessary work they have asked that
only 1 person be the contact. (us)
The final room list will be sent August 1st 2012 we will then send
you your
confirmation by e mail.
NOTE -
Even if you pay us by cheque (for the seminar portion) you will
need a credit card to reserve your suite.
I don't believe in credit cards! - If
you do not have a credit card please
e mail Tom and we can make
special arrangements to get your room reserved for you.

Can
I go earlier or stay longer?
By all means! The fantastic
staff at the Tuscany Suites are VERY easy to get along with (just
like Pro-Seminars) and they will accommodate all requests for early arrivals or longer stays
(2nd to 21st) at
the same GREAT Pro-Seminars group rate.
I
also want my friends/relatives to come can I get a Suite for them?
Yes you can! We can
accommodate you with as many rooms as you would like at the same
GREAT group rate!
Can
I stay at another Hotel and come to the meetings?
Absolutely! We realize that some people are regular Vegas visitors
and may have a "favorite" hotel or maybe even some
relatives that live in the area so by all means if you would like
to make your own arrangements for accommodations please do so. In
this case you would only need to pay the seminar registration fee
to Pro-Seminars.
What
about flights?
Please make
your own arrangements for your transportation.

What
is the Agenda for the meetings?
The agenda is being
formulated right now!
There will be 15 presenters with topics
1 hour in length. There will also be afternoon breakout
sessions where you may earn extra CE credits by attending.
Note - If you hold a general insurance license you will
have the option of earning up to 15 additional credits that are
valid for BOTH your life license and your general license by doing
our online courses FREE.
What about the extra free online
credits?
You will have 1 year after the event to complete an
additional 15 CE credits using our online courses at no charge to you!
A Fun Time For ALL!
We have found that many of our attendees
have made new friends at the seminar and had a lot of fun attending shows
etc. together.
