Bernice Lim-Tran’s

Bernice Lim has been involved in the Real Estate and Financial Services Industry for over 14 yrs.  She has been involved in Residential Wholesale mortgage lending as an Account Executive for CitiBank and Regional Vice President for Street Capital.  Prior to working in the financial services industry, Bernice has travelled extensively and  spent some time in Japan.  She promoted grass-roots international exchange between Japan and Canada through the Jet program.   

Bernice joined HomEquity Bank in 2011 as a Business Development Manager. She is responsible for the growth in sales and education to her partners in Northern Alberta. She passionately believes that every senior can, and should, be able to enjoy their retirement on their own terms.

She has been a member of the Real Estate Council of Alberta since 2004 and the Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association since 2005. She is fluent in 4 languages. Born and raised in Edmonton, she hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Alberta.  She enjoys playing the piano in her spare time and spending time with her husband and their 18 month old son.
