Raymond Rupert is the CEO of RCM Health Consultancy.  Since the early 1990s, RCM has focused on healthcare consulting, case management, care coordination, and patient advocacy, completing thousands of complex cases. 

RCM's clients have any healthcare problem(s), including cancer, cardiovascular disease, spine issues, transplants, complex mental health and substance use disorders.

RCM manages clients' healthcare challenges through integrated care teams, ICTs, and a proprietary global network of over 4,000 medical subspecialists and 3,000 healthcare suppliers.

RCM is integrated into several US and European centers of excellence for expedited global care. 

RCM provides consulting and advisory services to a number of Canadian business families, family offices, and corporations.
