LIVE IN-PERSON REGISTRATION FEE

IN-PERSON REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE - Applies to all registration received after July 1, 2026  

If you stay at the conference hotel, the Tuscany Suites & Casino, the registration fee is $499.00 CND. If you are staying elsewhere or booking through a third-party provider (Expedia, etc), the registration fee is $574.00 CND.  

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL REGISTRATION FEE

For registrations received PRIOR to April 30, 2026  

If you stay at the conference hotel, the Tuscany Suites & Casino, the registration fee is only $399.00 CND. If you are staying elsewhere or book through a third party provider (Expedia, etc), the registration fee is $474.00 CND.  

For registrations received between May 1, 2026 & June 30, 2026  

If you stay at the conference hotel, the Tuscany Suites & Casino, the registration fee is only $449.00 CND. If you are staying elsewhere or book through a third party (Expedia, etc), the registration fee is $524.00 CND.  

“LIVE” WEBCAST REGISTRATION FEE:

The registration fee to view the conference via “Live” webcast is ONLY $229.00, and you can still earn 30 CE credits.

OUR SPECIAL Corporate room rates will be $85.00 USD + 13.38% tax for September 21st to October 2nd, 2026 excluding Fridays and Saturdays during that time which will be $189.00 USD + 13.385% tax.

If you want a room with a Lanai (walk out), there is an additional reduced charge of $50 for Pro-Seminars conference attendees.

All the above posted rates include free internet access in your accommodation room and there WILL NOT be a resort fee (of $42.00 USD + daily tax) added to your room rate when you book your accommodations with the Tuscany either online or at the toll-free number below.
