Steve Harding, began his career 37 years ago in the UK as an insurance representative. 

After displaying a keen practical knowledge in helping families with complex international financial situations, he was recruited in 1993 by RBC to become the globe hopping expert on international trust. 

Expanding his role Steve eventually was persuaded to work at RBC's Toronto headquarters and local IIROC advisors and private bankers soon discovered opportunities to partner.
